PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a retail or mall location. Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of retail spaces, common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report security-related conditions, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations; prepare clear and accurate reports as required. Assist with access control, visitor direction, emergency response activities, and communication with site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Must be 21 years of age or older Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
