Job Description

Detailer/Lot Attendant Curtis Auto Group - Family Serving Families We are seeking a Detailer/Lot Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory so every car on the lot and every vehicle delivered to a customer reflects the Curtis Auto Group standard. The right candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and brings a reliable, team-first attitude every day. Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401k Referral program Employee pricing Responsibilities Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring each one is clean, presentable, and ready on time Move and stage vehicles throughout the lot to maintain organized, accessible inventory Inspect vehicles for visible damage and report findings to the appropriate supervisor Maintain cleanliness of the detail bay, equipment, and surrounding work areas Apply wax, dressings, and protective coatings as directed Assist with shuttling vehicles between service, sales, and storage areas as needed Support service and sales teams with vehicle prep during high-volume periods Follow all safety procedures when operating vehicles on the lot Show courtesy and professionalism to all guests, team members, and visitors Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Detail or Lot Supervisor Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Ability to drive manual transmission preferred Previous detailing or car wash experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work Ability to stand, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to the customer experience We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
