Pier 7 Marina is looking for an ambitious self-starter who is motivated and willing to learn. Must have the stamina to handle the physical demands of the job, including working outside in hot and humid conditions. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays through October. Will secure boats, connect and monitor utility services (power and water), assist with pump outs, and help with trash cleanup. Aids slip holders, and guests. Greets customers in a manner that contributes to a kind, courteous and professional environment. Carries out routine daily duties that meet standards for all marina related operations; ensures the recognized standards are maintained. Always demonstrates safe work habits, including the proper care and use of tools, equipment, vehicles. Maintains a friendly, professional working relationship with co-workers, members, guests, and vendors. To be successful in this role, you need a working knowledge of marina operations, excellent customer service practices, and time management. You will help ensure our marina operations run smoothly and that we maintain a clean and safe environment. Willing to train, customer service or marina experience preferred.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
