Job Description
Overview Join our grounds maintenance team as a Lawn cutter/ Driver and play a vital role in creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces. In this energetic position, you will operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment, perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks, and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed. Your expertise will help transform outdoor environments into inviting, pristine landscapes that enhance property value and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to maintain lawns Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, tree trimming, planting, leaf removal Conduct routine inspections of outdoor areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and address them promptly Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways Use hand tools and power tools skillfully for planting, trimming, or installing landscape features while adhering to safety protocol Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with lawn cutting Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and troubleshooting Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, leaf/ snow removal Ability to operate groundskeeping machinery such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow plows safely Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating large trailers is paramount Join us in delivering exceptional outdoor spaces through dedicated groundskeeping expertise!
