Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our Sales department. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the appearance, organization, and overall presentation of our vehicle inventory, ensuring every customer's first impression of our dealership reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, ensuring inventory is arranged in a neat and accessible manner Move, park, and arrange vehicles as directed by sales and management staff Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles as needed to ensure showroom-ready condition Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, or missing equipment and report any issues to management Retrieve and deliver vehicles for customer test drives and service appointments Assist sales staff with locating specific vehicles within inventory Monitor fuel levels and ensure vehicles are fueled as required Keep the lot, walkways, and customer areas free of debris and safety hazards Support other departments with general lot duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized work environment Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Previous dealership or automotive experience a plus, but not required Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $16.00 - $20.00, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts on vehicle purchases and service Ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement within the dealership Equal Opportunity Employer Banister Ford of Marlow Heights is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
