Valet Attendant in Rockville, MD Responsibilities Direct vehicles to appropriate parking spaces while ensuring efficient use of space. Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols. Assist customers with any inquiries regarding parking services and provide directions when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and order in the parking area, reporting any issues or hazards promptly. Operate vehicles as needed, including flatbed lorries, ensuring safe driving practices at all times. Conduct routine checks on parked vehicles to ensure their security and integrity. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience as a Parking Attendant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong driving skills with a valid driving licence; experience as a delivery driver is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues. Experience in warehouse settings is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with vehicle management and logistics. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
