Job Description
Join the team at McDonald's Towing & Rescue! Our lot attendant is in charge of releasing vehicles and personal items to the owner of the vehicle, keeping our lot clean and organized, and doing gate fees as needed. This job will require a lot of indoor and outdoor movement during all seasons. If you're interested in a career with us, we'd love to hear from you! - Provide excellent customer service when dealing with customers.
- The ability to communicate with dispatchers and drivers while also locating vehicles in the lot.
- Maintaining a lot inventory and marking car with the required info.
- The ability to straighten vehicles and perform lot moves as needed.
- Keeping the lot cleaned up from debris and car parts that have come off of totaled vehicles.
- Other duties that are assigned. Qualifications
- Reliable and willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work alone and be a self starter.
- Ability to communicate, read and write in English.
- Ability to be organized and keep things clean.
- Ability to work 9A-4P Monday through Friday
- Acceptable background check, driving record, and drug screening.
