Responsibilities Direct vehicles safely into designated parking spots, including valet parking services when required Monitor parking lot conditions to ensure safety, security, and proper flow of traffic Assist customers with parking inquiries, directions, and general information Operate cash registers to process cash transactions accurately for parking fees or services Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of barriers, signage, or equipment as needed Conduct routine inspections of the parking area to identify hazards or maintenance needs Manage parking management systems and record transactions with precision using basic math and numeracy skills Handle conflict management situations professionally, resolving customer concerns promptly and courteously Maintain outdoor work standards by ensuring the parking lot remains clean, organized, and secure Experience Previous experience in valet parking, retail math, or dealership environments is advantageous but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely in outdoor settings Experience operating standard passenger cars and driving in various weather conditions Familiarity with cash handling, cashiering, and processing cash transactions accurately Outgoing personality with excellent conflict management skills and a customer-focused approach Prior outdoor work experience preferred but not mandatory; willingness to work flexible hours is essential
