• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
• Perform truck wash and detailing services, including exterior washing, interior cleaning, and supervision of employees
• Direct vehicles through the wash tunnel and ensure proper positioning
• Maintain cleanliness of the car wash facility and equipment
• Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
• oversee all functions of truck was including ensuring that trucks are washed correctly and rinsed completely ```Requirements```
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of car wash techniques and equipment is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, and lift heavy objects as needed
• ability to speak Spanish highly recomended
