Job Summary Join our hospitality team as a Valet / Bellman, where your enthusiasm for guest service and passion for hospitality will shine! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional valet parking and bellhop services that create memorable experiences. Your friendly demeanor, driving skills, and attention to detail will ensure smooth arrivals and departures while showcasing our commitment to outstanding customer care. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage, directions, and parking needs. Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles using manual transmissions and Delamar parking protocols. Provide prompt and courteous bellhop services, including luggage handling and escorting guests to their rooms or destinations. Maintain clear communication with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist with valet ticketing, cash handling, and accurate record keeping to support efficient operations. Support guest requests for local information, transportation arrangements, or special accommodations. Uphold safety standards by following proper driving procedures and ensuring vehicle security at all times. Requirements Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or related customer-facing roles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission preferred. Ability to operate Delamar's parking facilities confidently and efficiently. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Physical ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods; comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
