Who We're Looking For:
1-2 years in a previous customer-facing role, automotive experience preferred Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, and drive both manual and automatic transmissions
What You'll Do:
Support daily sales activities by maintaining vehicle display lot; move and work with vehicles as needed, catalog and store vehicle keys, keep lot clean and free of debris Prepare sold vehicles for delivery by washing or adding fuel and tire air as needed Assist Merchandising Manager in displaying accurate and current vehicle pricing information Deliver vehicles to sites and other locations, assisting the shuttle driver as needed Keep license plates and lock-box keys organized Run miscellaneous errands for the store, other duties as assigned We offer best in class industry benefits: Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
