Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lot Attendant/Porter and be the vital link in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our automotive dealership. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and providing outstanding guest services. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure our customers feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Safely move, park, and retrieve vehicles for customers and staff using standard passenger car operation skills Assist guests with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly and professional guest services Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including outdoor areas and parking zones Perform light maintenance duties such as washing vehicles or checking tire pressure to ensure vehicles are presentable Process cash transactions accurately for parking fees or other related services, demonstrating strong cashiering skills Handle heavy lifting tasks involving vehicle movement or equipment setup with proper safety techniques Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate vehicle flow and address guest inquiries promptly Experience Previous experience in dealership operations or automotive service environments is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience operating standard passenger cars and manual transmissions confidently Proven ability to perform outdoor work comfortably in various weather conditions Cash handling experience combined with retail math proficiency for processing transactions accurately Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests, team members, and management Join us as a Lot Attendant/Porter where your energy fuels our success!
