Join the team as a Guest Representative and help create memorable experiences for visitors of all ages! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, staying active, and working in a one-of-a-kind environment surrounded by pets, events, and a positive team culture. What You'll Do Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of Purina Farms grounds and facilities Perform general upkeep duties including cleaning restrooms, floors, windows, arenas, parking lots, and outdoor spaces Assist with event setup and teardown for indoor and outdoor events Arrange equipment such as tables, chairs, fencing, gating, matting, pipe and drape, and more Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a welcoming ambassador for guests Speak with guests during demonstrations and tours Help create memorable and enjoyable experiences for families and visitors Report safety concerns or property issues to senior staff Assist with resident animal care and maintenance as needed What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Great communication and people skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and dependable with the ability to multitask Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Must be available for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays Animal or pet knowledge is a plus!
