- Assist guests with luggage as needed.

- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
- Issue valet tickets and explain the vehicle retrieval process.
- Manage vehicle keys according to company procedures.
- Direct traffic and maintain organized vehicle flow in high-volume areas.
- Ensure the valet area remains safe, efficient, and guest-focused.
- Support teammates and assist during peak business periods. Team & Service Excellence
- Maintain professionalism while working independently or as part of a team.
- Follow all safety and operational procedures.
- Deliver service that exceeds guest expectations.
- Represent LAZ Hospitality with integrity, energy, and pride.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- At least 2 years of driving experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Preferred
- Previous valet, hotel, restaurant, parking, or hospitality experience.
- Experience driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- High School Diploma or GED. Physical Requirements This is an active position requiring the ability to:
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, wind, and snow.
- Stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Bend, stoop, squat, and move frequently throughout a shift.
- Safely enter and exit a wide variety of vehicles.
