Mungenast St Louis Honda is hiring a personable and motivated Service Greeter. The Service Greeter is responsible for receiving and assisting customers.

Other duties include:

Greeting all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answering their questions, and directing them to the appropriate person or location. Controlling service traffic flow and parking. Determining if customers coming into service have an appointment. Recording customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage. Delivering completed cars after service completion (Active delivery). Answering phones Performing Repair Order pre-writes for service. Creating key ring tags and walk-around sheets. Assisting Service Advisors with daily tasks. Delivering Written Repair Orders to Dispatcher, returning completed Repair Orders from dispatcher to Service Advisors. Driving vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot. Maintaining a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc. Maintaining a professional appearance. Maintaining a clean and professional work environment. Performing other duties as assigned.
