Description of the role: The Service Valet at Reliable Chevrolet Springfield is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience. They will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor Assist customers in locating parking spots Drive customer vehicles to the appropriate service area Retrieve customer vehicles after service completion Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns Communicate with service advisors and technicians to facilitate smooth customer experiences Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner Dependable and punctual
