We are seeking a reliable and motivated Automotive Lot Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our dealership operates efficiently and maintains a polished, professional appearance. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot, showroom, and customer parking areas. Assist with vehicle inventory management, including organizing and relocating vehicles as needed. Inspect and prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they meet dealership standards. Conduct vehicle transfers to and from off-site locations as directed. Support the sales and service teams by staging vehicles for test drives, customer deliveries, and repairs. Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and fuel levels. Ensure all dealership signage and displays are clean and visually appealing. Safely lift and carry items weighing at least 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities. Must have a clean, valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a background check, including a driving record check. Must be punctual and reliable. Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
