Job Description
- Ensures department adherence to company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Accurately assign and verify vehicle claim tickets upon arrival and retrieval.
- Keep driveway clear of any vehicle that do not require valet assistance, clean areas around booth, and valet area.
- Inspect vehicle and report damages that exist prior to or after parking.
- Distribute vehicle claim tickets and oversee key storage area/booth.
- Prepare weekly work schedules, and maintain employee time and attendance.
- Respond to and resolve guest concerns and complaints.
- Hire, supervise, train, evaluate job performance, and administer discipline for team members.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
