Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their service needs in a professional and energetic manner Operate standard passenger vehicles safely, including manual transmission cars, for guest drop-offs and pick-ups Facilitate valet parking services, ensuring vehicles are parked securely and efficiently outdoors or in designated areas Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving service equipment or assisting guests with their belongings when needed Communicate clearly with customers and team members to coordinate vehicle delivery, pickup times, and service updates Support outdoor work activities including vehicle movement, parking management, and maintaining a clean service drive environment Qualifications Proven experience in guest services or hospitality environments that require excellent communication skills Previous dealership or automotive service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Ability to operate standard passenger cars confidently, including manual transmission vehicles Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver or valet parking is advantageous Comfortable performing outdoor work in various weather conditions and lifting heavy objects safely Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively Basic retail math skills for processing transactions accurately and efficiently Join us as a Toyota Service Drive Assistant and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences through energetic service and automotive expertise!
