None Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining the image of store facilities, lot and grounds through routine maintenance. Performs any additional duties assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner all while adhering to safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain facilities image for customers and employees Stage equipment for customer clinics, open house, or other events Maintain grounds including lawn, equipment displays and parking lot Performs basic maintenance on company equipment such as, but not limited to, oil change, refueling, changing filters and mileage monitoring for depreciation Demonstrate a constant commitment to customer service Coordinates required repairs for items that cannot be completed in house Services, assembles and replaces things like light bulbs, filters, fixtures and displays Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers and management Accountable for billable time and assigned work order Responsible for accurate documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed May participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform job responsibilities Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products Benefits Employer-Paid Health/Dental/Vision Insurance 401(K) Retirement Plan with Company Match Paid Time-Off 7 Paid Holidays Employer-Paid Life Insurance Tool & Clothing Allowance Requirements Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment for maintenance purposes Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail Work independently with little or no supervision, self-motivated Experience with basic computer functions Experience working cooperatively in a team environment Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required Valid driver's license required; CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred Are you ready to rev up your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment?
