Job Description
Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Canyon River Golf Course Outside Service Associate and become a key player in delivering exceptional outdoor guest experiences! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face welcoming visitors, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring smooth operations on the course. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for golfers of all ages while maintaining safety and efficiency throughout your shift. This paid position offers a dynamic environment where outdoor work, hospitality, and teamwork come together to make every day rewarding. Duties Provide exceptional guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting with check-in, answering questions, and offering course information. Stage, clean, and sanitize carts before use; as well as wash, plug in to charge, and store carts at the end of the day. Operate driving range ball-picker machinery to clear the range; wash and restock range balls; pick up broken tee and keep the hitting area tidy Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor service areas, ensuring all safety standards are met during daily operations. Empty trash cans around the clubhouse exterior and cart barn; ensure water coolers on the course are filled. Availability- early mornings, weekends, and holidays are standard. Experience Prior experience in outdoor work environments or hospitality roles is preferred to thrive in this energetic setting; as well as the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills including public speaking help you confidently engage with guests and team members alike.
