Job Description

Maintain a clean facility inside the service area and outside on all properties. Walk the grounds daily and pickup any trash. Wash and clean incoming new units and units in inventory. Lawncare and hedges maintenance. Apply Roundup to any spots of concern on properties. Help spot other employees when moving trailers. Run errands. Take trash to the dump, prepare weekly trash bins for pickup, replace HVAC filters, organize spare tires and other items associated with inventory units. Start all motorized units on a weekly basis. Check fuel levels and make sure they are ready for sale. Complete a weekly lot audit of all inventory. Eventually, with proper training, check in any new units that come in for damage or issues. Pressure washing of grounds and buildings. Make sure batteries, battery boxes and full propane tanks are stocked accordingly. Make lists of any issues of inventory that need to be addressed by service when going through inventory audits or cleaning procedures. Install spare tires on units that get sold. Clean and prepare units for pictures. Proficient with running a tractor to move units. Transport units from lot to lot.
