Artisanal is a team oriented, professional, respectful, structured and family-oriented work environment. The restaurant is open seasonally, for dinner only, May-October end, Tuesday-Saturday. We offer the following positions, for staff that may enjoy this type of environment. Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Valet to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for valeting guests' cars during service, picking up goods and driving guests home on occasion, while ensuring timeliness and customer service. This role requires a strong customer service skills, commitment to safety and efficiency, as well as the ability to handle various driving tasks, including heavy lifting. Responsibilities Comfortable safely operating, parking and retrieving high end vehicles Safelty drive van for the transportation of goods, staff and guests. Load and unload items using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed. Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Provide excellent customer service during valet services, deliveries and drop offs or pick ups, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met. Assist with moving items in a restaurant settings as needed, including heavy lifting tasks. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel usage. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. The ability to quickly retrieve cars Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
