About Us Blue Titan Concierge is a growing property services company serving apartment communities throughout North Carolina. We're looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Trash Valet Collectors . This is a part-time evening position that's ideal for someone looking for consistent supplemental income and independent work. Responsibilities Collect bagged household trash from residents' doorsteps at assigned apartment communities Transport collected trash to the property's designated dumpster or compactor Follow assigned property routes and complete service during the scheduled service window Use TitanOps, Blue Titan Concierge's proprietary mobile app , to view assignments, check in/out, document service, and upload required photos Report trash violations, safety concerns, service issues, and other required information through TitanOps Keep breezeways, hallways, and collection areas free of trash or debris caused during collection Follow Blue Titan safety and service standards Provide dependable and consistent service on scheduled nights Requirements Reliable pickup truck required Smartphone with an active data plan required Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile applications, including GPS/geofenced check-ins and photo uploads Ability to repeatedly lift and carry trash bags throughout the shift Ability to walk throughout apartment communities and regularly climb stairs Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail Must be available during assigned evening service hours Previous experience in valet trash, delivery, route work, moving, warehouse, landscaping, or other physically active work is helpful but not required . Training is provided.
