The Role We're looking for reliable, customer-focused Valet Attendants to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Valet Attendant, you'll be the face of SOPHI Mobility — greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently, and delivering a smooth, hospitable experience from arrival to departure. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner Jog between vehicles and parking areas as needed Follow proper vehicle handling and damage-prevention procedures Complete vehicle condition checks and documentation at drop-off Maintain an organized, safe parking area Handle payments and tickets accurately (if applicable to location) Represent SOPHI Mobility's standards of professionalism at all times What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred) Comfortable driving a variety of vehicle makes and models Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-first attitude Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 18 years old Prior valet, parking, or customer service experience a plus (not required) Schedule Part-time — flexible shifts available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on venue needs.
