Overview Join our dynamic dealership team as a Lot Porter, where your energy and enthusiasm will help keep our lot organized, safe, and inviting for customers and staff alike. In this vital role, you will be the first impression for visitors, assist with vehicle movement and organization, and support the overall efficiency of our dealership operations. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will ensure our lot remains a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellent customer service and automotive excellence. Responsibilities Perform outdoor work including safely move, park, and organize vehicles on the dealership lot, ensuring proper placement and security of all cars. Assist customers with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly guest services throughout their visit. Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for damage or cleanliness, reporting issues promptly to the service team. Maintain a clean, organized outdoor space by sweeping, removing debris, and managing parking areas in parking zones. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth vehicle flow and a positive dealership experience. Strong guest services skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to operate standard passenger cars and manual transmission vehicles confidently. Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks and errands for the dealership Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with vehicle operation is highly desirable. Capable of heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers effectively.
