Job Description

The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel is looking for Golf Cart Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet guests as they arrive at the golf course, assist with unloading golf bags, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Golf Cart Management:
Assist in the preparation and organization of golf carts for daily use, ensure they are clean, have sand bottles, and are in good condition. Help with the return of golf carts, ensuring they are cleaned out, washed and ready for the next guest.
Driving Range Operations:
Assist in maintaining the driving range by ensuring that there are always range balls available for guests, picking balls, and keeping the hitting area clean and well-organized.
Bag Drop Assistance:
Help guests with their golf bags, ensuring they are properly stored and prepared for their round of golf.
Course and Facility Maintenance:
Regularly inspect and maintain outdoor areas, including walkways, parking lots, and other exterior spaces, ensuring they remain neat and free of debris.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be a team player and ability to work independently. This employer has partnered with HireCredit to qualify employees for a tax credit program, the Work Opportunity Tax Credit.
