This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in maintaining the appearance, organization, and efficiency of our dealership.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our dealership property remains clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.

Daily responsibilities include:

Pick up trash and maintain the cleanliness of the dealership grounds. Perform daily inspections of the new vehicle lot, pre-owned lot, overflow lot, and employee parking areas. Ensure all vehicles are parked in their designated locations. Fuel or charge all inventory vehicles as needed. Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and parked straight for the best customer presentation. Monitor inventory for damage, low fuel, warning lights, or other issues, and promptly report concerns to management. Ensure all available display spaces (\"holes\") on the new and pre-owned lots are filled by repositioning inventory to maximize space and maintain an attractive, well-stocked appearance. Assist with moving vehicles safely throughout the dealership property as needed. Support the sales and management teams by maintaining an organized and visually appealing inventory display. Support the sales and management teams by completing tasks as instructed that may include, delivering a vehicle, picking up vehicles from Costco display, etc. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day. Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to walk, stand, bend, and move vehicles for extended periods.
