Whether you're guiding customers, handling vehicle movements, or supporting dealership operations, your proactive approach will drive success every day! Duties Safely maneuver and park a variety of vehicles, including standard passenger cars and delivery trucks, on the dealership lot. Assist customers by providing friendly guest services, answering questions about vehicles, and guiding them through the lot. Maintain an organized outdoor display by arranging vehicles neatly and ensuring all cars are clean and presentable. Perform light maintenance tasks such as checking vehicle fluid levels, tire pressures, and basic cleaning to keep vehicles in top condition. Conduct outdoor work activities such as heavy lifting of vehicle accessories or supplies, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and customer service efforts. Experience Prior experience in guest services or hospitality environments is highly valued for delivering exceptional customer interactions. Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive service operations is a strong plus. Ability to operate standard passenger cars confidently, including manual transmission vehicles. Experience in driving within outdoor settings and managing outdoor work tasks comfortably. Skills in processing cash transactions accurately, retail math proficiency, and cashiering experience are desirable. Bilingual abilities can enhance communication with diverse customers and team members.
