Job Description

The role involves executing opening and closing procedures for outside facilities, coordinating services for golf tournaments, and ensuring consistent presentation according to Omni Hotels standards. Additionally, the Attendant will assist in protecting all assets, including guests' golf clubs and rental clubs, and provide continuous maintenance to golf course equipment and facilities, such as golf carts and workstations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of presentation and service.
Essential Functions:
- Enthusiastic greeting of every guest
- To perform the duties of greeting, starting, marshaling, club cleaning, picking range balls from the practice facility, and transferring clubs to various locations.
- Execute proper opening and closing procedures of outside facilities.
- Assist the coordination of outside services for golf tournaments.
- Ensure consistent presentation according to Omni Hotels standards.
- Assist with the protection of all assets including security of the guest's golf clubs and rental clubs.

Tools and Equipment:
Telephone, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine, hand and stationary tools as related to trade. Golf carts, golf clubs and utility vehicles.Working Environment:
Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures. Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions. Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, plus two years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Must possess a teaching background in group, private and junior golf instruction.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be attentive to detail.
- Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
