Lot Attendant VPNE Parking Solutions - 3.5 Manchester, NH Job Details Full-time 23 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience High school diploma or GED Customer engagement Full Job Description Position Summary The role of the Lot Attendant is to complete the customer interaction pleasantly and courteously while ensuring safety. They are key players in delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Make exceptional guest experiences the priority in every interaction. Per company and site-specific guidelines, contribute to a safe environment for all guests and employees. Maintaining a ready-to-serve posture that is welcoming to guests Make eye contact and smile to all guests to acknowledge them. Prioritize assisting guests before other tasks. Working efficiently, without rushing, to assist guests Use VPNE-preferred word choices while speaking with guests. A lot attendant must monitor the parking lot for any signs of a suspicious activity or security breaches. They must also report any incidents to the appropriate authorities.
Maintaining cleanliness:
A lot attendant must ensure the parking lot is clean and debris-free, including picking up litter and emptying trash cans.

High School Diploma/GED Requirements:
Ability to effectively maneuver around various locations inside and outside while engaging in bending, prolonged standing, running, and prolonged sitting in all weather conditions. Ability to receive medical and security clearance for one or more locations Possess the manual dexterity to operate essential garage equipment, including pay-on-foot machines and garage barriers. Strong sense of customer service Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and push a minimum of 200 pounds Be at least 18 years of age. Be able and willing to smile during every customer interaction. Maintain uniform standards while around the job-site. Skills Ability to create relationships with customers. Organization Strong problem-solving abilities
