Lot Attendant — Busy Seacoast NH Auto Dealership Full-Time | On-Site | $19-$21/hour About the Role A high-volume franchise auto dealership on the NH Seacoast is looking for a dependable, hard-working Lot Attendant to keep our lot running smoothly. This is a hands-on, on-your-feet role for someone who takes pride in their work, likes to stay busy, and wants to get a foot in the door of the automotive business. What You'll Do Maintain the lot: keep vehicles organized, properly displayed, lined up, and clean of snow/debris Move and stage vehicles for display, service, photos, and delivery Drive on dealer swaps/trades — picking up and delivering vehicles to and from other dealerships Assist the Inventory Manager with vehicle intake, photo prep, staging, and inventory tracking tasks Help with gas, plates, stickers, and general vehicle readiness Pitch in wherever needed to keep the operation moving What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required — you'll be driving customer-facing inventory and going on swaps) Comfortable driving a wide range of vehicles, including trucks and SUVs Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Physically able to work outdoors in all four New England seasons and stay on your feet Attention to detail — you notice when something's out of place Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Nice to Have Prior dealership, valet, detail, or lot experience Ability to drive manual transmission What We Offer $19-$21 per hour, based on experience Full-time, steady hours Benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off Real growth path — this role works directly alongside our Inventory Manager, and we promote from within We are an equal opportunity employer.
