Key Responsibilities Operate line striping and related equipment in commercial parking lots and sites. Assist with daily job preparation including loading paint, stencils, and gear. Perform equipment maintenance, cleaning, and inspection. Maintain clean and organized work zones on job sites. Support the Crew Leader with layout work and general crew assistance. Track paint and supply inventory on the truck. Follow safety protocols and report issues to supervisors.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or GED. Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record Strong physical condition: ability to lift 60 lbs and push up to 350 lbs. Evening and night shift availability is required, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in seasonal or outdoor manual labor. Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with equipment. Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
