Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Lot Attendant / Porter / Driver to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our parking and lot management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Duties Greet and assist guests as they arrive, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Work with an I pad to assist service advisors in the write up of the service vehicle Safely park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring proper handling of both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area, including regular inspections for safety hazards. Assist with valet parking services as needed, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail. Communicate effectively with guests regarding their vehicle needs and any relevant information about the dealership or services offered. Support delivery drivers by coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups efficiently. th skills to assist with inventory management or related tasks when necessary. Skills Strong guest services background with a focus on hospitality. Proficient driving skills, with a clean NJ driver's license Excellent customer service abilities, ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Effective communication skills to interact clearly with customers and team members. Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.
