Job Description
Springdale Golf Club , located in Princeton, NJ , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Service Attendant ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning Performs range maintenance, including: setup of the range, presentation of chipping and putting areas, maintenance of range ball inventory, and picking and cleaning range balls Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area Maintains accurate records of tee sheets, cart rentals, and club rentals Provides assistance to any customers renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return Performs opening and/or closing duties as required Maintains high overall cleanliness of all related work areas Assists in educating players regarding the game Directs the start of play when necessary Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Maintains regular and reliable attendance Performs other duties as required Valid driver's license required Must be able to lift 25 pounds Must be comfortable standing for the majority of the shift Must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including hot, humid, cold, windy, and rainy Knowledge or an understanding of the game of golf is a plus Prior customer service experience preferred Healthcare Benefits
