Job Summary:

As a premier service valet, the job will include but not limited to, assisting and managing customer vehicle check-ins, perform vehicle condition walk arounds, recording accurate mileage, installing protective materials on seats, steering wheels and floors. We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Valet Attendant to join our team. As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles in our parking facility. This is a position with opportunities for career growth within the dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Direct vehicles to available parking spaces
• Assist guests with locating their vehicles when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking facility
• Monitor parking areas for any safety hazards or unauthorized vehicles
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient traffic flow within the facility

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests
