As part of our continued growth and success, we are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Valet to join our team. As a Driver/Valet , you will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving customers' vehicles, assisting with vehicle deliveries, and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for customers. This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, a clean driving record, and a commitment to maintaining the quality and reputation of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

Vehicle Valet Services:

Greet customers upon arrival, park their vehicles, and retrieve them when needed in a timely and courteous manner.

Transportation:

Drive customer vehicles to and from service areas, including service bays, service drives, and sales areas, ensuring the vehicle is handled with care.

Customer Assistance:

Provide excellent customer service by offering assistance with vehicle unloading, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Delivery & Pickup:

Assist with vehicle deliveries to customers, ensuring the vehicle is clean, fueled, and in excellent condition.

Maintain Vehicle Condition:

Ensure that all vehicles are parked in designated areas and kept safe from damage. Report any issues or damage to management promptly.

Team Support:

Assist other departments, such as sales or service, with vehicle movements as needed, including driving vehicles for test drives or service appointments.

Safety:

Follow all safety protocols while driving, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous valet, driver, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Driving Skills:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Customer Service:

Friendly and professional demeanor, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to every customer.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift items as needed (up to 30 lbs).

Reliability:

Dependable with the ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Availability:

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings, depending on full-time.
