Responsibilities Safely move, park, and organize vehicles on the dealership lot, including standard passenger cars and delivery trucks Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for damage or maintenance needs, reporting issues promptly Assist customers with guest services, including welcoming visitors and providing directions or information about vehicles Process cash transactions accurately for vehicle sales, deposits, or related services using retail math skills Perform outdoor work such as heavy lifting, cleaning, and maintaining lot cleanliness and organization Operate manual transmission vehicles safely during vehicle movements or test drives Support dealership staff with delivery driver duties and parking management at parking areas Requirements Prior experience in dealership operations, automotive service, or hospitality is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Valid driver's license with experience operating standard passenger cars; delivery driver experience is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work comfortably in various weather conditions Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Experience with cash handling, cashiering, or processing transactions accurately Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs Knowledge of automotive service procedures or dealership processes is beneficial but not mandatory This role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, engaging with people, and supporting automotive operations.
