) Have a strong work ethic. Be reliable and show up on time every time. Ability to communicate confidently and effectively (BILINGUAL A PLUS). Minimum one year of work experience preferred. Must have a professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities. Truly enjoy interacting with people from all over the world and of all ages. Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player. Display personal pride and professional demeanor. Be honest, reliable and punctual. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

Provide exceptional customer service when welcoming and engaging with guests as they enter Explain the self-serve kiosk where customers can book a tee time and pay for their experience. Cash handling. Read and explain the course rules to the players. Hands out balls and clubs to participants and collects clubs at the end of play. Retrieves balls from the last hole to maintain an adequate supply on hand. Monitoring the floor to ensure everyone is playing safely and following the rules. Sanitize clubs upon completion of the round. Daily walk-throughs to ensure the course is clean, organized and safe. Housekeeping to maintain a clean space at all times.
