JOB DETAIL

Lot Attendant & Parts Person General duties: Under general supervision, uses T&T's systems to check in trucks and park them. Fulfill and bill Parts orders and service customers. Be Positive, professional, and dependable . Interact well with your customers via phone, email and walk-ins.. Communicate well with the Service Manager and Sales Agents and follow up with your customers as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Truck / Snowplow / parts experience preferred, but not necessary. Computer skills and ability to navigate company systems Ability to lift up to 40lbs. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid drivers license
