Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lot Porter to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for vehicle arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of vehicles within the dealership's parking area. Your enthusiasm and commitment to excellent guest services will help create a positive experience for every visitor. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized lot while assisting with vehicle movement, parking, and retrieval. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality, driving, and customer service within a fast-paced automotive environment. Responsibilities Safely maneuver vehicles in and around the dealership lot, including those with manual transmissions, ensuring proper parking and retrieval. Assist guests with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly and professional customer service. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot, ensuring clear pathways and designated parking areas are respected. Verify vehicle conditions upon arrival and departure, noting any damages or concerns for follow-up. Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status or special requests using clear verbal and written communication skills. Ensure compliance with dealership policies regarding guest services, safety procedures, and parking regulations. Experience Previous experience in dealership operations or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Experience driving vehicles with manual transmissions is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Familiarity with dealership or retail environments enhances your ability to excel in this role. Pay:
$17.50 - $18.50 per hour
