Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Valet Attendant, where your energetic and friendly approach will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest services while efficiently managing parking and vehicle retrieval. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help ensure smooth operations, safety, and satisfaction for all visitors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with parking their vehicles promptly and safely Operate standard passenger cars and other vehicles with confidence, including manual transmission models Safely park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to dealership or facility protocols Process cash transactions accurately for valet services, including handling cash, credit card payments, and receipts Communicate clearly with guests to provide directions or answer questions about parking procedures or facility amenities Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move or position vehicles or equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized valet station, ensuring safety standards are met at all times Experience Previous guest services or hospitality experience is highly desirable Dealership or automotive service background is a plus, especially familiarity with standard passenger cars and manual transmissions Experience in driving various types of vehicles, including delivery trucks or rental cars, is beneficial Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math calculations when needed Outdoor work experience that demonstrates comfort working in variable weather conditions Bilingual skills are a plus to better serve a diverse customer base This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in active environments and enjoy delivering outstanding customer service.
