Job Description

As a Parking Attendant at Gervasi Vineyard Resort & Spa, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient parking operations for guests visiting the property. You will contribute to the overall guest experience by providing seamless parking solutions and enhancing their visit to the beautiful Gervasi Vineyard Resort & Spa. This is a seasonal position to assist with Gervasi's peak schedule of May to October with approximately 15-20 hours a week between the hours of 3:00-8:00p.m. Must be available to work weekends.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities involve managing the flow of vehicles, directing guests to designated parking areas Providing excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanor. To be knowledgeable about overall Gervasi Vineyard Operations, facilities and locations and events
Requirements Education:
High School Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with other staff members and ensure that parking arrangements align with the resort's events and activities. Be polished, comfortable, proficient, and engaging. Always be well-mannered, courteous, amiable, and considerate. Ability to read and follow directional event listing sheet At Gervasi Vineyard Resort & Spa, our mission is to provide a memorable experience at our winery resort for travelers, diners, and wine lovers on our beautiful 55-acre estate in Canton, Ohio. We are a destination and offer several luxury accommodation options for guests seeking a unique experience. Stay in our Tuscan-inspired Villas, our boutique inn, The Casa, and our restored Farmhouse from the early 1800s. Indulge in a high-end luxurious treatment at our new Spa, which is available for overnight guests as well as the public.
