In this role, you will be the first point of contact for vehicle movement and customer interactions on our dealership lot. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a smooth flow of vehicles, exceptional guest services, and a welcoming environment for all visitors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality, driving, and customer service while contributing to a positive dealership experience. Responsibilities Safely maneuver and park vehicles within designated parking areas using manual transmission or automatic vehicles Assist guests with vehicle arrivals, departures, and inquiries in a friendly, professional manner Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damages or irregularities before and after test drives or service appointments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly displayed and accessible Support dealership operations by handling cashiering duties such as cash handling and retail math calculations when necessary Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and address questions or concerns Support delivery drivers by providing timely assistance with vehicle transport and documentation Skills Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or retail environments with excellent communication skills Valid driving license with experience operating manual transmission vehicles; familiarity with parking regulations is a plus Previous dealership or delivery driver experience highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse guest needs effectively Ability to perform basic retail math calculations confidently for transactions and inventory checks Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in vehicle inspection and lot maintenance Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
