Job Description

Entry level in the parking facility attendant occupation requiring some knowledge of parking facility operations; under immediate supervision, opens and closes facility for business, collects parking fees and passes; maintains physical appearance and upkeep of facilities; monitors use of facilities.

Opens and closes facility; collects parking tickets, fees and passes; balances cash drawer. Cleans and maintains equipment, garages and parking areas; repairs/reports malfunctioning ticket equipment. Attempts to prevent unauthorized use of parking facilities; gathers and maintains information; summons assistance in emergency situations. (Performs Related Duties As Required)Equivalent to high school diploma; valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. (Other Evidences May Be Substituted)
