Job Description

Diehl Honda of Massillon is seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership lot while assisting the sales and service departments with vehicle movement and general dealership operations.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain the dealership's new and used vehicle inventory. Move vehicles safely throughout the lot and dealership as needed. Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly displayed. Install dealer plates, window stickers, and other required vehicle materials. Assist with receiving and stocking incoming vehicle inventory. Shuttle vehicles between departments or off-site locations when necessary. Keep the lot, sidewalks, and display areas clean and free of debris. Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any damage or maintenance concerns. Support the sales and service teams with daily operational needs. Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance.
