As a Valet Attendant , you will provide courteous, efficient valet parking services while creating a positive first and last impression for guests through attentive customer service. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest's vehicle for their departure Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid Report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion Answer guest questions about restaurants, events and activities Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation

Requirements:

Performs other job-related duties as requested Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Education High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Preferred Work Experience 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience working in a service-related positions Preferred Additional Requirements Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Required Experience working in a similar resort setting Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
