The Role The Valet Attendant is responsible for creating a welcoming arrival and departure experience for members and guests while safely parking and retrieving vehicles with efficiency, care, and professionalism. This is a hands-on, member-facing role. Some moments call for greeting a familiar member by name and opening a car door. Others require moving quickly during a busy dinner service, tournament, or special event while maintaining the highest standards of courtesy and vehicle care. The goal is not simply to park cars. It is to make every arrival feel seamless, every departure memorable, and every guest feel genuinely welcomed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods, including running to retrieve vehicles when necessary Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events as business needs require Previous valet or hospitality experience is welcomed, but professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to serve others matter even more.
