We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in helping others, and understands that the smallest interactions often leave the biggest impression. Whether welcoming members by name, assisting guests with their belongings, or safely parking a prized vehicle, your attention to detail and positive attitude help define the Inverness experience. The Club Championships run through the blood of Inverness. Since its founding in 1903, the Club has earned a reputation as one of the country's premier private clubs by combining world-class golf with exceptional hospitality. Others require moving quickly during a busy dinner service, tournament, or special event while maintaining the highest standards of courtesy and vehicle care. The goal is not simply to park cars. It is to make every arrival feel seamless, every departure memorable, and every guest feel genuinely welcomed. We lead by example. We treat people with respect. We own our mistakes and learn from them. We leave things better than we found them. And we never ask someone else to do something we are not willing to do ourselves. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods, including running to retrieve vehicles when necessary Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events as business needs require Previous valet or hospitality experience is welcomed, but professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to serve others matter even more. What You'll Find at Inverness You will work in one of the country's premier private clubs, where hospitality is measured not only by grand experiences but by the quality of every interaction. You will be part of a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and creating memorable moments for members and guests from the instant they arrive until the moment they leave. Along with competitive pay, you'll enjoy complimentary meals while on duty, free parking, provided uniforms, employee golf opportunities on most Mondays, employee recognition programs, and appreciation events throughout the year. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys staying active, appreciates working with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service through the smallest details. If you believe a warm welcome can set the tone for an unforgettable experience, we encourage you to apply.
