Position Introduction:
The Student Parking Garage Attendant at the Oklahoma Memorial Union is responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring the safe, efficient, and orderly operation of the parking facility. This role assists students, faculty, staff, and visitors with parking-related inquiries, monitors garage access and traffic flow, processes parking transactions, and reports maintenance or safety concerns. Attendants help maintain a welcoming environment by enforcing parking policies, supporting daily operations, and contributing to a positive campus experience. The position offers students valuable experience in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and facility operations within a professional university setting.
Required Education and Experience:
