Job Description
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer questions, provide directions and information to guests. Maintain daily operations outside of the Pro Shop. Picks up and drops off golf course guest in the parking lot. Meets and greets guests with a smile, giving proper directions and information to the guests. Keeps area free of trash and debris. Picks up range baskets and balls. Keeps cart fleet clean and in good repair. No supervisory or management authority. This position requires frequent standing and walking. Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs. Work is performed in an environment with moderate exposure to extreme temperatures, dirt, chemicals, and dust. Performs other duties as assigned. High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of experience in golf operations is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced knowledge of the game of golf. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to maintain a professional status with guests and vendors. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain a close working relationship with management and co-workers. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
